Sadly, COVID-19 CANCELLED our 2020 show.  We are now looking to 2021 for our 61st Annual Waco Gem and Mineral Show!!  We are very excited to announce that we will be in a new facility!!    All are welcome to come shop at our many vendors, we are sure you will find some great treasures!!

Saturday May 1st, 2021      9 am until 6 pm
   Sunday May 2nd, 2021       10 am until 5 pm

Admission:  Adults $5 ea, Kids $1 ea

We will be in the McLennan Hall.  The main entrance for our show will be on the Franklin Ave. side of the building with the Freedom fountain and next to the Hilton Hotel.  We will have ample parking all around the building, so you can enter from either side.

All spaces are assigned on a first come first serve basis.  We have very few remaining spaces left, so get yours today!  In order to secure your booth space in our 2021 show, you must have a signed application accompanied with a minimum of 50% deposit of the booth fees.  See the floor plan below for the most up to date availability.  Email us prior to mailing in your application to verify your desired location is still available.    

Pricing for Booth spaces:

12' x 8' includes 2 tables and 1 chair:           Regular Rates: $150       
12' x 16' includes 4 tables and 2 chairs:       Regular Rates: $300       
12' x 24' includes 6 tables and 2 chairs:       Regular Rates: $450       
12' x 32' includes 8 tables and 3 chairs:       Regular Rates: $600       

Additional tables will cost: $35 ea.
Additional chairs will cost:  $3 ea.

There is free parking at the Waco Convention Center for our patrons.  The day of the show, please park in the overflow parking lot as to not take away from our shoppers.  We ask that all trailers, large trucks, or semis park in the Heritage Square Parking lot on 3rd and Washington after they load. It is just across the street from the Convention Center, so easy access.  Do not park in the hotels parking spaces unless you are a guest there.
